TSTTA-MCDTTA 4 Star All Mumbai Ranking Tournament
Khar Gymkhana hosted the TSTTA-MCDTTA 4 Star All Mumbai Ranking Tournament from September 12th to 17th, 2023, in the finest dedicated Table Tennis Hall in Mumbai. The event spanned six days and featured a total of 500 entries. Live streaming of the matches was available on our YouTube channel, allowing Table Tennis enthusiasts worldwide to watch.
Distinguished individuals on the dias included Kg President Vivek Devnani, Vice President Madhavi Ashar, Gen Sec Kg Saheb Singh Lamba, Chief Guest S Ramaswamy, Tstta Chairman Yogesh Desai, Tstta Gen Sec Sameer Bhate, MCDTTA Jt Sec Rizwan Amlani, MCDTTA Jt Sec Mahendra Chiplunkar, and Sponsor DCB Bank's Shridhar Sheshadari.
The event was expertly orchestrated by Khar Gym's Table Tennis Secretary, Neville Madan, who also served as the Master of Ceremonies. With an unwavering passion for the sport, he took the initiative to encourage the players by awarding medals and merit certificates to all the Quarterfinalists. Winners, Runner-ups, and Semi-finalists received trophies. Throughout the six days, Neville ensured that all official staff and referees were well taken care of, from their meals to their comfort.
A grand Prize Distribution ceremony was followed by dinner for all attendees. We extend our gratitude to the management committee and the organizing body for their support in making this event a resounding success. Special thanks go to Neville Madan, Table Tennis Secretary, and Vinay Chande, Chairman of Table Tennis.
Performance highlights at Khar Gymkhana District Ranking Tournament:

Ananya Chande clinched Gold in the U19 girl’s category.

Sampada Bhiwandkar secured a Gold medal in Women's singles and a Silver medal in Girls under 19.

Param Bhiwandkar won the Silver medal in Boys under 13.

Yuvraj Yadav earned a Bronze medal in Men's singles and reached the Quarterfinals in Boys under 17 and 19.

Ishika Punjabi reached the Quarterfinals in Girls under 17.

Siya advanced to the women's singles Quarterfinals.
