1. Nature of Services

Khar Gymkhana is a membership-based club offering sports facilities, venue bookings, food and beverage services, and event registrations. As our services are digital and on-premises, there are no physical goods shipped to members.

2. Digital Deliverables

Upon successful booking and payment, the following are delivered digitally:

• Booking confirmation and receipt number via the member portal
• Event registration passes available for download from the portal
• Payment receipts and statements accessible through your account

3. Food and Beverage Orders

Food and beverage orders placed through the portal are prepared and served at the respective restaurant outlets within Khar Gymkhana premises. Orders are available for pickup or dine-in as per the selected outlet's service model.

4. Event Passes

Event registration passes are generated digitally and can be downloaded from the "My Registrations" section of the member portal. Physical passes, if applicable for certain events, can be collected from the club office.
